nice E! that is one steep hill!
Love it - what's the track - sounds like I should know it but can't place it!
The snow trails remain in great shape and not as cold today. I am fighting a little bit of the household sickness, but felt good today after a great week of training. Today my focus was on attacking all hills along the trail being aggressive and strong, but way too early for max effort, unless you see one of these!
During the early season it is good to do some very short, fast and strong efforts on hills and on the flats. This could mean 8-15 second fun sprints to finish an easy run, or perform some 20-30 second hill repeats like I did here today. There is nothing like bombing down a trail of snow to create a 60 Second Epic!
Workout: Attacked the hills hard as they came to me on the trail and stopped and did 8 hill repeats like this one in the above video. Great for the legs.
Run: 60 minutes
Song: Up Downtown - The Alarm
