"There are not many zero drop options, but Altra is one. They are wide and do not fit me well and tend to be kind of clunky.  For your grass runs, you might really like the Inov8 X Talon line. They are wonderful shoes, very flexible and natural…"

"What distance and type of terrain do you mostly run? Have you looked at the Trail Talon by Inov8? I am not crazy about the new Trail Roc, but X Talon are great if you are on soft ground. The Salomon S Lab sense are amazing minimal high performance…"

Hi All

Sorry haven't posted for a while, life work family (same for all) just wanted to share how the running is going!

Just getting back to normal after having a break from running

In the short time that I have been ruining I have quickly got back to running to half marathon distance within four weeks, but what I found exciting (it was not the time :-(

But how un-tired I felt having a better foot strike, lead to a better stance, lead to a more economical stride I hope I can… Continue
