I'm looking for the YouTube videos that use to be up involving stretching and exercises, they involved exercise balls, jumping, etc. I would like to share them with a friend but they are not in the video section anymore, or on your YouTube page. Also, I'm still getting used to it, but I dig the new site!
Like everyone else you read the book, you become inspired by this real urge to barefoot run, but I only have two months left until my marathon. Would it be wise to start training barefoot for the marathon?
Wow! that is a very good shout - they seem to have some great reviews, they also seem much more suitable than my idea of wearing Huaraches! This is my first marathon - do you have any advice for: Food, and technique and training?
Hey Eric I just got back from my run. I cut the insert a little on both. The right was still sliding. So after 2 stops on my run I took em' out. Much better! I'm going
To post a review soon. I'm going to be honest. Maybe I will add pics or video.
I don´t know if this is the right way to go about with this, but I am wondering what to do, so I´ll ask you here:
I took up running after a few years off last year and started running in Lunas, and in october I ran a 27 km trail race in Vibrams.
This year I would like to train more systematically and maybe try a 60km trail race in september. I love running in Lunas, actually I haven`t wore normal running shoes since last year, and I love running, especially the long runs.
My question to you is: What is the benefit from following one of your training plans instead of using something that I can find on the web, and which program do you suggest for me?
Hey Eric, great videos you posted! I have a question about the B2R shoes. Should I look for plenty of room in the toe box area like other running shoes? I have Mortons toe. My left foot is actually 1/4 inch longer than my right . I wear a size 13 in NB 690's right now with plenty of room for my toes. What do you recommend? I want to get them next month for my B-day, hopefully my wifey will get em' Lol

Eric! Thanks so much for taking the time to give me those exercise and stretching tips. Can't wait to get running!
Hi Eric! I'm working on the video. I've been busy lately (teaching at University in a Summer Camp) so, that has delay the delivery of the video. I hope to get it ready by the end of this month, knowing that the deadline is 28th February, isn't it??
Thanks Eric! Normally take Dec, Jan, Feb off from running to strengthen and cross train. Applying your exercises and techniques this year. So far, I really like what I'm feeling. Looking forward to running faster 50's in 2012! Thanks again!
Thanks so much! I so glad I found you. I just retired from the Navy last year and moved to I.F. I hope to do some running on your side of the mountains when it warms up :)

It works, here's where it brought me to "commment back" to your comment, "Do you like the new black and white...."

Thanks again man, Hero!
Bonjour Eric,
This year I will be running a 24 hour track, and need some advice on a decent running shoe - the track will be mostly grass,
Thank you
