Little bit disappointed about my marathon today.
Two years ago 3.45 with temp. below zero.
Today 4.23. temp above zero 5 degrees Celsius. Till 30 k. same pace as two years ago.
After 30 k. I think because I didn't drink enough water, there was still energy, but lot of cramps in the muscles of my legs. So running/walking. Good lesson for the future.
So this was my last race in the old B2R roadshoes, not my last marathon.

Yesterday a trailtraining, very muddy and wet but with a slow pace. Distance 12k.
For other marathons I do take more days rest, the week before.
chia seeds plus juice and bananas for breakfast. I still think its because of less drinking water. 2 years ago heel striking, now since one year forfootstrike.
