I've been applying the techniques from Eric's Drill and technique video. Calves were on fire for a while and then conditioned and felt fine but now i have pain on both sides of my legs about lower calve section on both legs. ideas of what's going on and what to do about it?? thx!

Thank you so much Coach, this makes me feel sooo much better about my running!! And about my heels; should they quickly and lightly hit the ground or should it feel like they are pounding the ground?? Thanks again Coach!!

these are most likely your stabilizing muscles and just like your calves, should calm down after some conditioning.  This is a good sign, but again, listen to your body and give them rest when needed.  Also be sure you are allowing your heels to hit the ground until your feet a good and strong.

You might be keeping your heels elevated which could be too much right now.
