I have the Book COOL IMPOSSIBLE. I just cannot thank Eric for the foot strength exercises, especially, the Slant board. I started running at the age of 58 with some seriousness. I felt very awkward to be in the Group where the Team had to wait for me to catch up with them. In fact I was dragging the team.
