How many years have you been running?
3 years, 5 year break, started again in December 2013. Have been walking 3-6 km 4-5 days a week through most of the the past 20 years
What is your goal race for the year?
Three; Arthur Lydiard Marathon (Sept) The Taniwha 60km trail run (Nov) The Goat Tongariro 21km mountain run (Dec)
What is your greatest running accomplishment?
17 km trail run 3 months after re-starting running. Then 1/2 Marathon 3 months later with zero drop transition in the same 3 months.
What is your "ultimate dream" running goal?
Kauwarau 100km Trail run
