Last week i did my best half marathon ever, i lower my last year time in 10 minutes ( 2:03 to 1:53 ).. that a lot for me. how i did it ? forefoot strike, eric programms (i took the 8 week programm) and advices. And i´m not a big atlethe.. so if u think u can´t.. you are wrong.. we are born to run :)
I´m on the second week of the getting started 8 week plan (Great by the way :) ) . Yesterday i saw that my "dream race" was scheduled for Oct 15 ( Ultra Marathon de los Andes.. @ Chile), so i´d like to now how could i combine my current plan with the 50 Mile plan you also offer.. i have never run more than a half Marathon but i´m really motivated to finish the race.
