Contemplating signing up for Getting Started - 6 Week Beginning Training Program

Hello everyone,
I am contemplating signing up for the 6 week beginning training program. If you've done this training can you tell me your thoughts on it? I'd love to hear what folks think about the program. I am not an experienced runner but feel great when I do it.
