Thank you Bill for the comment on Lori's blog, "Fear & Pain", I truly believe that every breath should be treated as a Joy for it is the essence of our existence. Not in any religious, or spiritual context but in the simple fact that the simple act of drawing a breath avails us to live and be who and what we choose.
