Hey guys,I ran my first 30 miler two weeks ago, on pretty rough and technical trails. It was the longest distance I've run so far, but I trained for it a lot, including a 12 hour on the same trails. Around mile 26 of the race I started feeling pains in my left knee but I kept pushing myself.
