Knee Pain...

Hey guys,I ran my first 30 miler two weeks ago, on pretty rough and technical trails. It was the longest distance I've run so far, but I trained for it a lot, including a 12 hour on the same trails. Around mile 26 of the race I started feeling pains in my left knee but I kept pushing myself. My knee kept hurting a lot that night and the next couple days, so I iced it, wrapped it, kept it elevated, took ibuprofen to keep down the swelling.After 4 days I went on a 4mi run and it hurt like crazy…See More
