Nice work Lori. Interested to try that myself. Is that a reformer I spy in the background?  Seems like a good compliment to the B2R strength program.

Hmmmm...well SOMEONE MAAAAADE (total sarcasm of course!) me run 30 miles of rugged nasty trails Saturday and feet are cracked! Vaseline and sock therapy. Will ditch the socks as soon as cracks are gone! Cracked feet and scratchy surface = inability to focus on task at hand.
