Thursday, August 12th: First Day of Camp
- 8:30am -11am Training Session: Skills, Drills, and Strength Running (meet at JHMR Village Commons)
- 11am - 1:00pm Personal Time
- 1:00 - 1:30pm Q&A and Group Chat (JHMR Village Commons)
- 1:30 - 4:00pm Training Session: Group Run (meet at JHMR Village Commons)
- 4pm and after *Personal Time
Friday, August 13th: Second Day of Camp
- 8:30am -11am Training Session: Skills, Drills, and Strength Running (meet at JHMR Village Commons)
- 11am - 1:00pm Personal Time
- 1:00 - 1:30pm Q&A and Group Chat (JHMR Village Commons)
- 1:30 - 4:00pm Training Session: Group Run (meet at JHMR Village Commons)

Saturday, August 14th: Third Day of Camp

- 4pm and after *Group Drinks and/or Personal Time
All times and sessions are subject to change based on group coaching needs.
*Personal Time - in years past, runners explore Teton National Park, the town of Jackson, and many of the other great things to do while attending the run camp. As the run group gets to know one another at the camp, these "optional" afternoon and evening activities are organized spontaneously by the group, and have become a very powerful part of the camp.
So this personal time can be a great opportunity to hang out with other runners, making long lasting friendships, exploring what Jackson Hole has to offer outside of camp activities. Or, a time for you to have some quiet relaxing time at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
