I'm what you guys would call a noob, just started running in May; finished c25K successfully and jumped right into bridge210K; now I'm attempting to tackle a HM training program; it's 12 weeks long and started off rather innocuously with a 5K run that I nailed in 30:00 (for me, anyway).

If you guys don't mind, I'll be posting about my progress here to keep myself honest.

God bless all runners.

Just a guy trying to love to run.

hi sergio , much respect to you tackling an ultra , I'm a noob too!, best of luck in your training, i think if you believe in yourself and keep telling yourself you can do it then the battle is already won, its just putting the miles in .....thats what i keep telling myself!
