Hi Eric, I just did my 1 mile test and went to log in my heart rate bpm, but the directions you give don't quite match up with the training peaks. I clicked on my name, settings came up, I went to zones  .... but your directions didn't apply

well I tried to copy and paste what the page looks like , but that didn't quite work. I am obviously not very savvy in this area, but since the hr is foundation to the runs in this plan i would appreciate any help with this.Best, Holly

got it! lactate threshold was the part i needed to input. Probably obvious but not in the directions.
