Hi Eric, I just finished the 5month training from the book.
After phase1 the Onemile Test was 53sek faster! But now at the end of phase2 I‘m only 2sek faster ...
My big question: I don‘t know, how to go on with my training?
Exists an training plan for to get better on trails, on vertical and on longer distances? OR should I be patient and repeat the book program? As I am 58, maybe things doesn’t change quickly ...
