Hi all,
How are you?
I'm at the end of phase 1, week 5 of the
cool impossible training.
So far so good and my longest distance ever run 30 km.
There is an easy ultra 100 km , in one go or omitted over two days that I would like to train for.
It is at the end of May 2020.
I saw in the training plans a 100k ultra 5 months training. The things is that when I finish the cool impossible training, I will not have the time to start and finish the ultra training before the race. Should I start the ultra training instead if the cook impossible phase 2?
What do you think?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Giorgio - great question and I would suggest you continue following TCI program until you finish Phase 1, and then jump to the 100km Training Plan. These should match fairly well with the timing of your May race.
The 100km plan will provide a lot of hill training that will help you specifically for the race. Hope this helps and keep us posted on your training.
