Last night I ran a variation of the previous night run. This time the decent was far steeper and using my quads as both break and shock absorbers my legs are sore today. Descending down Break Neck Rd I ran as fast as I dared, right on the edge of slipping and loosing control on the loose gravel and small branches making up the surface. It was hair raising at the time but looking back I had a blast and I plan to run it again over the weekend.
