I've been running for about 2 years, and feel stuck.  I'd love to increase my speed and endurance, and improve my technique (which I am sure is awful).  Does anyone know of a good running camp that espouse barefoot or minimalist shoe running?  I'd be grateful for your suggestions.  Thanks.
