Been running for 20 years usually with around 160 cadence.Been trying to increase to 180, it really feels awkward and is actually kinda hard.Should I keep trying or just stick to what I'm used to?

Don't just jump from 160 to 180. Work your way up over a few months.
Thank you. Will it be worth it? Will it overall help my running? Thanks again
Well it's all in the book isn't it? Are you reading the book?
Of course I read the book. It was just a simple question man. Thanks no reply needed.
Jeepers creepers. Cool your jets bro. I was just checking. Not everyone is as bright and switched on as you.
