Returning to the foundation program after 1.5 weeks of cold

Hi. 

I think I've read some recommendations on this somewhere but I can't seem to find them anywhere. I've been enjoying a cold (or something similar) the last week and a half, and how hope that it's starting to finally get better. During this time I have pretty much been unable to do any exercises at all. 

I had just started phase 1 week 5, so where would you recommend that I pick up again?
