I am probably pretty well fat adapted, as I general eat a pretty low carb diet. Most pre race nutritional plans suggest heavy carb loading during the days preceding the race. For someone fat adapted like me, is this still a good idea, or should I stick closer to my usual diet?

I am guessing that I just eat a pretty normal meal the night before with maybe more carbs than usual and a light breakfast of mostly complex carbs.
