I was going to purchase the marathon training plan, but I thought I read recently where Eric was just about to "update" them.  Does anyone know if they have been updated recently?  I'm ready to go!

Hey David - thanks for the question.  I will not be updating them, but adding different plans.  So you are good with the marathon plan and if you want to add in speed training with the heart rate training, you could also use the program in The Cool Impossible.  This also works great for a marathon.

Thanks E.  I've purchased the six week beginner and the half marathon programs after being injured in the last week of my first attempt at a half marathon.  Both have been great.  The book is great.  I have been injury free since. Thank you.
