Eric is the BEST and will work long distance, I live in the boonies in Montana and he works with me out here - and is super effective. Check out his other site www.trainwitheric.com . Good luck!

Hi meg - is there a secret handshake I don't know about? I've tried emailing Eric from that site several times and would really like Eric's personal coaching but can't seem to get a reply from him. I've already used his videos and off-the-shelf programs to get strong and improve, so I know how good he is. I had given up, but seriously, let me in on the the secret.
