After a high-mileage week (32-ish miles in 8 days, the most I've ever done) last week, I began to notice a pain in my lower, inner right calf. It is not normal muscle soreness, but it's still a dullish pain; and it really only hurts upon impact. I realized it was throwing off my stride and causing me to "gallop" a bit, so I decided to scale it way back this week. However, I just went to test it with some ankle jumps, and I really felt it. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Colton
