HEllo!
I was wondering if some of you think that the way we lace our shoes is important?
I lace my shoes with common criss-cross method, but got black toe nails on long runs.
So what is the best way to do it for trail run, road run, ultra?
(I know that the feet can take a size during a long effort.)
Maybe Eric can give us some advice?
