Hey Mark - thanks for posting. This is why form, foot strike placement and training force production for speed is so important. And why there is no "lean" or falling using gravity in run form.


This article is indeed very interesting.
Do you have an opinion on what should be considered as overstriding? Is there a risk to be unefficient if one's stride is, on the contrary, too short?
I mean, does the feet have to land right under the pelvis or a little ahead?
