Hi runners and Eric,

I was going well on the first stage of the program and then was struck down very hard by piraformis syndrome.... chronic tightness has trapped my sciatic nerve for about 4 months now.... 

I am getting back into running now but feel quite lost as to how to start again .... I feel unfit and not like I used to which is tough.... 

Anyone know a good back to run program? Should I just start with 4x 30min runs a week again?

Any advice would be great ...
