I made the 6x30 sec fast and steady intervals with 90 sec. recovery, but ...
Do they have to be 90 seconds? I needed like 2 - 3 minutes to be able to run fast again.
Did I run too "fast" during the 30 seconds?
Should I adjust the speed to the recovery interval? or
Is it valid to wait longer?
