Hello,

I'm just starting out with distance running, though I've been doing sprints for a few years with Five Fingers. With both distance running and sprints, my heel never touches the ground. But I saw one of Eric's videos where he says the heel does indeed touch (after the fore foot).

I want to make sure I'm doing this right from the beginning, so I'm wondering if I need to change something. Does your heel hit the ground when you (distance) run? Should it?

Thanks. :-)
