Hi-
I was reading a few articles online, pertaining to retro-running and wondering a few things.
-First off, what are some of the positive benefits of it?
-Is there any way that it can be harmful?
-Is it lower impact than the more traditional kind of running?
-What muscles does it strengthen? -Does it work the vastus medialis?
-Have you had an experience with it?
& are there any special concerns with incorporating this into your routine?
Thanks in advance
-Austin
