Half way through the 8 week strength and endurance programme and it's time for the Progress Test. Wow! 4 weeks ago, I was 7 minute miling for the 6 minutes, and had an average HR of 166. Today I was running faster than 6 and a half minute miling and the average was up to 169. I've also lost nearly 10 pounds. I'm really enjoying the running, but it's also great to know that it's working so well. Many thanks, Eric!
