Hi,

I'm doing the 12 week strength program and I had a question about my long run coming up this weekend.  The plan calls for "focus on running strong between zone 3-5a based on terrain".  Any suggestions on how to manage effort in heat & humidity?  Running in the TX heat, a little worried that if I'm at the higher end of the range too early it could turn out to be a rough run.
