Hi Eric,

 I’ve finished your 6 week beginner’s programme (I’ve actually done it twice because I got injured towards the end of my first go!), and am now 3 weeks into your 8 week strength and endurance plan. I was wondering if there was a typo on the Training Peaks schedule for Session 21, where it asks for a 20 min warm up followed by 6x 1min hill repeats.

 I tried this today, and after the first 1 minute uphill (hard, steady, but not max) I realised there was no way I could do another 5. So I cut the rest back to 30 seconds – and still feel like it was an intensive work out.

 Is it a typo? It seems a big jump from the previous repeats which are only 30 seconds on the flat, and 15 seconds on the hills!
