I'm just guessing that in the 12 week half marathon plan, the cadence should be 23 single foot strikes per 15 seconds, not 93, right? Because if I could actually pull that off, you could imagine me being the road runner; my feet a blur. As I read back through different forum threads, I've never seen 93, only 23.
